Overhead Doors / Rolling Steel Doors

  • Inspect springs for deformation & oil springs
  • Inspect and lube hinges
  • Inspect and lube tracks
  • Check for warnings and decals on doors and springs
  • Check for loose hardware and tighten properly
  • Inspect for doors for damage
  • Inspect operator arm positions
